ANIMA choir's performance setups include the stand-alone "choir only" setup and as choir singers for a string quartet or string ensemble. As part of its setup, the choir requires microphones to amplify its sound.

The Vocal Quartet is composed of four choral singers singing a cappella and accompanied pieces in four-part harmony arrangements. The Vocal Quartet consists of 1 Soprano, 1 Alto, 1 Tenor and 1 Bass. A singer also alternates as keyboardist for accompanied pieces.

The Vocal Quintet is composed of five choral singers with one of them designated keyboardist for the accompanied pieces. The Quintet consists of 2 Sopranos, 1 Alto, 1 Tenor and 1 Bass.

The Vocal Sextet is composed of six choral singers with one of them designated keyboardist for the accompanied pieces. The Vocal Sextet consists of 2 Sopranos, 1 Alto, 2 Tenors and 1 Bass.

Aside from the group's keyboardist, violinists and flutists also available to augment ANIMA choir for church and reception packages.
